Prices

Prices are based on a one event use. All prices are subject to change without notice. All rentals are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee your rental. Any remaining balance is due in full upon delivery or customer pick up. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express (4% admin fee), Debit, Cheque, and Cash. Prices do not include GST.

A weekly or monthly payment will be applied if an item is held for longer than the Pick-Up/Customer return date specified. Weekly and monthly charges are shown on the contract provided.

A pre-authorization on a credit card must be taken before any items are delivered or picked up. The holder of the credit card will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment if any may occur.

Cancellation

During peak times certain items will still require a charge when cancelling an order. We pack orders a day in advance, changes are due prior to the release date.

Tent Rentals / Stampede

We will need a 50% non-refundable down payment as soon as possible to guarantee the reservation as stampede items book up quickly.

Radars’ Rentals maintains the right to not install any structure, due to safety concerns.

Permits

A utility locate may be required when staking tents. Call Alberta First Call (1-800-242-3447)  so they can inspect the area and mark utility lines. Locates must be done even if there are no utilities by law, and must be completed 2 weeks before your event.

The set up area must be clean, and unencumbered by overhead utility lines or obstructions.  Please note that should the weather be inclement, this may increase the time for set up and or tear down of the tent.

If a land owner has private lines they must be marked by a locator company.

Delivery/Pick-Ups

We provide delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Prices vary depending on the distance of event, and time of delivery or pick-up. Regular rates are based on a 9am to 5pm time frame from Monday to Friday. Additional fees will apply if delivery or pick-up is required outside of these hours.

Please note that delivery and pick-up is to the door only. Additional fees will apply if equipment needs to be transported over long distances or stairs. These specifications must be made upon confirmation of your order.

On pick-ups, where no prior arrangements have been made, and articles are not taken down and stacked in one area, the order shall be left until the next day and a special crew will be scheduled. In this situation, an additional one-day rental charge and tear down fee will be applied.

Glasses should be rinsed and placed right-side-up in the box it came in, and dinnerware/flatware should be rinsed and placed back in the crate it arrived in.  All tables and chairs are to be cleaned and free of table covers and/or staples.

Delivery and pick-up times are quoted within a two hour window during peak times.

Damaged and Missing Rentals

All rented items are the responsibility of the renter from time of receipt until returned to our location.

Returned equipment will be counted and checked at our facility. Any missing or damaged items are subject to a replacement charge to your credit card.

Missing or late equipment may be returned by the customer after a replacement charge has been applied. A 25$ administrative fee may be applied to receive a refund.

Radar’s Rentals is not responsible for any items returned that do not belong to us. Should you accidentally return items that do not belong to us, it will be disposed of or donated after 30 days of storage.
